摘　　要：本文以2005年扬州市500户农民的随机抽样调研数据为样本,采用计量经济学的方法,实证分析人力资本、社会资本以及人力资本与社会资本共同对农户工资性收入的影响,并进一步分析各县市农民人力资本与社会资本均衡投资的现状,最后有针对性地提出优化投资决策的政策建议。To analyze the impacts of human capital, social capital, and both of human-social capital combined on farmers’ cash income (wage), the authors use data from a stochastic sampling in 2005, in Yangzhou city, Jiangsu Province, which covers 500 farmers. Equilibrium is then analyzed between human capital and social capital. Policy implications are suggested to improve investment decisions
