摘 要:以小麦品种德抗961为材料,用NO供体硝普钠(SNP)浸种研究外源NO对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗氧化损伤的影响.结果表明:0.02~0.1mmol/L的SNP浸种24h对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗生长的抑制均有一定程度的缓解作用,其中以0.06mmol/L的SNP浸种预处理效果最好.并从叶绿素含量、质膜相对透性、MDA含量3个方面证实:0.06mmol/L的SNP浸种预处理对盐胁迫下的小麦叶片氧化损伤有明显的缓解作用.同时能显著诱导盐胁迫下小麦叶片SOD活性、APX活性、CAT活性,从而减轻盐胁迫下小麦叶片的氧化损伤.Wheat seeds (Triticum aestivum L. cv. DK 961) were pre- soaked with nitric oxide donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) to study effect of exogenous NO on oxidative damage in wheat seedlings under salt stress. The results showed that employment of exogenous NO donor (0.02 - 0.1 mmol/L SNP) significantly alleviated the growth inhibition of wheat seedlings under salt stress, and 0.06 mmol/L SNP pre - treatment gave rise the best alleviative effect. 100 mmol/L NaCl treatment markedly reduced the leaf chlorophyll content but increased electrolyte leakage and MDA content of the leaves. Interestingly, 0.06 mmol/L SNP pretreatment significantly alleviated the oxidative damage in wheat seedlings under salt stress. Addition of 0.06 mmol/L SNP was able to increase activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) ,ascorbate peroxidase (APX) ,catalase (CAT) of wheat leaves under salt stress. These results suggested that the seed pre - soaking with NO donor (SNP) increases salt-tolerance of wheat seedlings partly due to alleviating the oxidative damage induced by salt stress.
