益寿胶囊抗衰老作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察益寿胶囊的抗衰老作用。方法：采用D-半乳糖球后注射法造模,观察益寿胶囊对血中SOD水平和MDA、GSH含量的影响。采用王氏方法配制基础培养基喂养果蝇,观察益寿胶囊对果蝇寿命的影响。结果：益寿胶囊可明显提高模型鼠全血GSH含量,降低血清MDA含量,提高血清SOD水平,与阳性对照组作用相当。益寿胶囊可明显延长果蝇的平均寿命、最高寿命和半数死亡时间。结论：益寿胶囊具有明显的延寿抗衰作用。Objective:To observe the antisenility effects of yishou capsule.Methods:The senility model was made by retrobulbar injecting D-galactose. Normal,model,VitE,yanshenghubao solution and yishou capsule groups were divided.Blood GSH content,serum MDA content and SOD activity in each group were respectively tested.The effects of yishou capsule on the life span of drosophila melanogaster fed by Wangs' medium were observed. Results:Yishou capsule could significantly increase the content of blood GSH,decrease the content of serum MDA and increase the activity of serum SOD,the effects were similar to positive groups.Yishou capsule could prolong the mean life span of drosophila melanogaster,the longest lifetime and the mediandeath time.Conclusion:Yishou capsule has significant anfisenility effects
