摘　　要：本文概括了交通产业的一般特点,并在此基础上论述智能交通系统(ITS)产业不同于一般交通产业的特点,认为ITS产业具有高科技产业的特征。然后分析ITS产业投资资金的来源问题,并把ITS分为基础设施类系统和服务类系统两类,分别对这两种ITS类型的投资来源进行分析。最后讨论我国ITS产业发展中的其他一些问题。In this article the common character of traffic industry are analyzed and summarized. On this base, the character of ITS industry are discussed differing from common traffic industry, and viewed that it has the character of high-tech industry. Then the article analyzed the source of the source of the investment fund of ITS industry, classified ITS into infrastructure ITS and service ITS, and analyses separately the sources of the investment fund of infrastructure ITS and service ITS. Finally the article discusses some other problems of the developing ITS industry in China.
