摘　　要：由于社会竞争的压力,使大学生存在诸多的心理问题。本文对防灾科技学院大学生心理健康现状作了详尽的调查、分析,并提出了调适的措施和方法。As a result of the pressure from social competitions, many psychological problems arise among college students.
