试论人民陪审员制度的再完善

摘　　要：人民陪审员制度是我国一项重要的司法制度,虽然《全国人大常委会关于完善人民陪审员制度的决定》已于2005年5月1日正式施行,对人民陪审员的产生、培训、经费保障等问题进行了完善,但仍然存在着某些不足,有必要进行进一步研究和再完善。The system of people＇s assessors is one of the important legal systems in our country. ＂Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress Approving the Consummation System of people＇s assessors＂ is executed officially on May 1, 2005, which solves some problems of people＇s assessors about selecting, training, providing funds and so on. In spite of this, the author through his ownone year＇s experiences feels that this system？ is still imperfect. In the following article the author putsf- orward proposal of several points.
