摘　　要：文章从伦理学的角度,从我国道教理论中的宇宙观、“为我”之学以及它的道德修养论这三个侧面,对中国道教在中国传统伦理的形成、发展的过程中所发挥的作用和深远影响作了简捷明了的归纳和总结。最终阐明中国道教与中国传统伦理甚至中国传统文化的深层联系,并就中国道教对现代生活的深层影响进行了简单的总结。From ethics angles, this article makes a careful and forthright conclusion and induction on the affection and influence in Chinese Traditional Ethics formation and developing, based on the universe perceptions, ego-centricity and morality training. Ultimately, it elaborates the connection of the Chinese Taolsm, the traditional ethics and the Chinese traditional culture and simplicitilly summarizes the Chinese Taoism＇s affects on the contemporary life.
