改良五黄油皮肤用药毒性试验研究

摘　　要：目的对改良五黄油进行皮肤毒性试验。方法采用急性毒性试验、刺激试验、过敏试验,考察改良五黄油的安全性。结果未见毒性反应,对皮肤无刺激性,无过敏性。结论改良五黄油作为皮肤用药是安全的。Objective Study on skin toxicity of modified Wuhuang oil. Method With respect to the acute skin toxicity,skin stimulating effects and skin allergenicity experiments were applied to test secutity of modified Wuhuang oil. Results experimeds showed that the preparation belongs to the group that was practically nontoxic, nonstimulating, nonallergenic properties. Conclusion modified Wuhuang oil should be secutity as medication use for skin.
