阿维菌素和氟铃脲二元混配制剂的分析方法研究

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱外标法对阿维菌素、氟铃脲分别进行定量,方法的标准偏差阿维菌素为0．0063,氟铃脲为0．0075,变异系数阿维菌素为1．13％,氟铃脲为0．29％。回收率阿维菌素为98．21％～101．82％,氟铃脲为99．61％～100．40％。This paper introduced a method for separation and determination of abamectin and hexaflumuron in their mixture by HPLC. The result showed,for abamectin and hexaflumuron, the satandard deviation were 0.0063 and 0.0075,the variation coefficient were 1.13% and 0.29%, the average recoveries were 98.21% - 101.82% and 99.61% - 100.40%.
