轿车5挡自动变速器传动方案分析

摘　　要：采用等效杠杆法对5挡自动变速器传动方案的组成形式进行了归纳,并给出了各种方案的杠杆图和传动简图.根据变速器的基本要求,分析了5挡变速器各种方案的特点.提出了以等效杠杆的中间点为输出点,基本结合元件数为3个离合器和3个制动器的并联式5挡变速器传动方案.通过选择合适的行星排连接方式和特性系数值,可实现5挡变速器的速比要求,其中3个速比值能自由选取,换挡时只需分离一个结合元件和接合一个结合元件.The lever analogy is applied to sum up the gear plans of 5-speed automatic transmission and the lever diagram and transmission diagram of each plan are presented. The characteristics of each plan for 5-speed transmission are analyzed according to the basic requirements of transmission. The paper presents a gear plan of 5-speed transmission of parallel-connected type in which the mid point of the equivalent lever is output point and the basic engagement shifting elements are three clutches and three brakes. Five speed ratios of the transmission are available by selecting proper connect form of the planetary rows and characteristic coefficient. Three speed ratios of the transmission are optional and release one clutch and engage another for each shift.
