摘　　要：对TC16钛合金的室温变形特性进行了研究,分析组织与室温拉伸性能、冷镦成型性、冷镦头变形特点等相互之间的关系。冷镦头剧烈变形能力与合金组织、塑性和剪切强度关系较大。Deformation characters of TC16 titanium alloys under room temperature were studied. Relationships between the microstructure and the properties of TC16 titanium alloy, shaping of upset, and deformation trait of upset were analyzed. Big deformability was more related with its microstructure, plasticity, and shear strength.
