摘 要:以聚乙二醇(PEG)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和间苯二甲胺(m-XDA)为原料合成了端胺基聚氨酯(ATPU),并作为韧性固化剂形成了环氧胶粘剂体系。系统考察了该体系的固化过程、力学性能和断裂面形态结构。结果表明,增韧后材料的断面形态明显不同于未改性体系的形态,试样冲击断裂面形态具有明显的韧性断裂特征。当固化剂ATPU分子量为1237时,改性体系的冲击强度最高(25.2 kJ/m2),比未改性体系提高了2倍。Amino-terminated polyurethane (ATPU) was synthesized from polyethylene glycol (PEG), isocyanates, and m-XDA and a cured epoxy resin system was formed using ATPU as a toughening curing agent. Mechanical properties and fracture surface morphology of the system were investigated systematically. The results showed that the fracture surface of the modified systems displayed tough fracture features, markedly different from that of the unmodified epoxy resin system. The modified system had a maximum impact strength of 25.2 kJ/m^2, which was three times that of the unmodified system, when the molecular weight of the curing agent ATPU was 1237.
