摘  要:在人工杂交与田间自然授粉两种条件下,研究了转Barstar基因油菜T742向非转基因油菜、其他芸薹属、十字花科植物和杂草的基因转移情况.结果表明,转基因油菜与周围非转基因油菜和新疆野生油菜杂交能产生一定数量的种子,经PPT抗性与PCR检测,其中部分种子含有Barstar基因,而与其他十字花科植物或杂草杂交不能得到杂种;基因转移受到母本类型的影响,转基因油菜T742与3种类型油菜的杂交亲合率从高到低为甘蓝型、白菜型、芥菜型.可见转基因油菜的外源Barstar基因可向周围非转基因油菜和新疆野生油菜进行转移,而很难向其他十字花科植物或杂草转移.Barstar gene transfer from transgenic rapeseed line T742 to non-transgenic rapeseeds, other Brassica, Crucifera plants, and weeds was evaluated by artificially crossing (T742 as paternal parent) or sampling under natural pollination condition in field. The results showed that some hybrid seeds crossing between transgenic rapeseed line and non-transgenic rapeseeds or Xinjiang wild rape could be obtained, and Barstar gene could be dejected by PPT and PCR in some of them, but no hybrid seed crossing between transgenic rapeseed line and other Brassica, Crucifera plants was gained. Gene transfer was affected by maternal parent types and the cross affinity between transgenic rapeseed line T742 and three maternal parent types showed the trend of B.napus〉B.campestris〉B.juncea. The results suggested that Barstar gene could transfer from transgenic rapeseed line to non-transgenic rapeseed around, but more difficult to other Brassica, Crucifera plants except Xinjiang wild rape.
