永顺县落叶木莲花的形态学研究

摘　　要：为了摸清在湖南省永顺县发现的国家一级保护植物落叶木莲花的形态学特征,通过实地花期物候观察,对所采集标本花瓣总数、轮数等多个性状指标进行方差分析和多重比较,结果表明:(1)永顺落叶木莲花花期在每年的3月下旬至5月上旬,其间有3次盛花期;(2)3次盛花期之间形态性状除了花瓣总数、内3轮花瓣数、花梗粗、花丝长4个指标差异不显著外,其他性状指标差异均达极显著水平,尤以第1次花与第2,3次花之间差异极显著;(3)雌蕊受精后,内轮花瓣具有闭合包被雌蕊群的花部行为,该行为很可能与应对昆虫危害花部不良环境,提高生殖适合度的遗传特性有关.In order to find out the morphological characteristics of Manglietia decidua Q.Y.Zheng （National First Level Protection Plant） in Yongshun County of Hunan Province, the observation on the phenology of florescence in the spot were including the characteristics on variance analysis and multiple comparison on the several characteristics index of total number and rounds of petal. The results showed that： （1） The florescence was at the end of March to early of May, with three times of stage of full bloom in the florescence. （2） There was not obvious difference in the four character index in florescence, such as total number of petals, the number of inner three-round petals, thickness of pedicel and length of filament. And the obvious difference in the others characteristics indexes, especially between the first florescence and second to third florescence. （3） The behavior of inner round petal close the gynoecium group during the fecundation perhaps in order to protect the flower against the pest damage and increase the procreation fitness inheritable character, which provided genetics evidence further research of protection biology of Manglietia deciduas Q.Y.Zheng in Yongshun County.
