摘  要:常规LED控制器在设计过程中没有考虑对负载LED的恒流控制,LED使用电流容易超过额定值,导致其寿命缩短并很快失效。通过提出的LED恒流控制器采用P IC单片机作为核心控制器件,利用PWM(脉宽调制)技术,快速控制主电路中M O SFET管的开通与关断,通过对负载两端的稳压来实现对LED的恒流,从而延缓了LED的使用寿命。同时样机实验也验证了方案的正确性。Conventional LED controller do not take into consideration the LED constant current control in the design process, so the current of it can easily exceed the rating, resulting in shortened life expectancy, and will soon lapse. A PIC single chip is adopted as core device together with the technology of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to control the LED constant current controller in the design discussed in this paper. Its main purpose is rapid control of the main circuit MOSFET turn-on and turn-off. Both sides of the LED are supported to achieve a constant voltage regulator and correspondingly the natural life will be increased. The designing correctness is verified by the experiment prototype.
