摘　　要：概述了目前应用于植物抗虫基因工程的苏云金杆菌毒蛋白基因、蛋白酶抑制剂基因和植物凝集素等三类主要基因的分类、杀虫机理及应用现状;探讨了植物抗虫基因工程中存在的问题和解决方案;It were summarized the classification and killing mechanism and the application of the three main insect resistant genes, i e. Bt tOXiC protein sene, proteinasc inhibitor gene and plant lectin on the genetic engineering. It is discussed the problem of resistant gene in engineering and resolving ways, and put forward the possible developing direction.
