摘　　要：随着信息技术快速发展,全球信息处理网络化成为历史发展的必然趋势,互联网推动着企业的财务管理进入一个新的发展阶段———网络财务.在定义网络财务内涵的基础上,讨论了网络财务的功能特点,分析了网络财务发展中面临的问题,提出了网络财务的实施策略.With the development of information technology, it has been an unavoidable tendency for processing the global information through the net, and it is necessary for financial management of enterprises to enter into a new stage of management,eyber finance management, with the wide application of internet. This paper discusses the functions and characters of eyber finance management and analyzes the problems existed in the process of development of cyber finance management. This paper puts forward some valuable and advisable implement strategies of cyber finance management.
