摘 要:涂布纸表面具有高的打印/染料密度能够使喷墨打印图像获得良好的再现性,通常在涂层中添加阳离子添加剂将阴离子型染料固着在涂层表面。本实验中,将实验室自制的3种聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(Poly-DMDAAC)产物A、B、C作为阳离子添加剂,探讨了不同产物对喷墨打印纸涂料粘度(剪切粘度)、Zeta电位的影响,以及对涂布喷墨打印纸油墨吸收性、打印光密度、耐水性能的影响。通过与进口阳离子添加剂产品对比表明,C的应用效果最佳。Good image reproduction in ink-jet printing requires high print or dye density on the surface of coated paper. Cationic additives are usually added in coatings to chemically fix the anionic dye on the surface. In this study, three kinds of poly dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (Poly-DMDAAC) synthesized in laboratory are applied as cationic additives in inkjet printing paper coatings and the objectives are to evaluate the effects of cationic additives in coating formulations on high sheared apparent viscosity and Zeta potential of coatings and the ink absorbability, ink density, waterfastness ability and print image sharpness of the test sheets. The results show that product C is the best cationic additive among the three cationic additives. In addition, the effects of cationic additive C and the two industrial cationic additives on the coating paper are compared. It shows that some properties of the test sheets of adding product C is better than that of adding the two industrial cationic additives.
