摘 要:对3种不同低相对分子质量、高电荷密度的胺类聚合物固着剂用于阴离子松香胶中性施胶进行了研究,并考察了影响中性施胶的各种因素,最后从湿部化学方面分析了固着剂用于阴离子松香胶中性施胶的可行性和作用机理。试验表明,3种胺类聚合物固着剂中季胺盐型固着剂施胶效果最优,聚胺型次之,亚胺型则较差。胺类固着剂在没有硫酸铝的条件下能够较好地改善阴离子乳液松香胶中性施胶的施胶效果,适宜的施胶条件如下:pH值7 .5 ,碳酸钙加入量10 %,固着剂用量0 .1 %,胶料1 %,助留剂1 %,采用逆向施胶工艺,而且不论是在酸性条件还是在中碱性条件下,用此工艺施胶的纸张其裂断长和耐破度均优于AKD施胶的纸张。Anionic rosin sizing with three different amine fixing agents of small relative molecular weight and high charge density under neutral papermaking condition was studied in this paper. Then a variety of influencing factors on neutral sizing were discussed. From the wet-end chemistry aspect, the possibility and function mechanism of anionic rosin neutral sizing with fixing agents was analyzed. The results indicated that amine attached agent can improved sizing effect of anionic dispersive rosin sizing under neutral papermaking condition greatly, even though without aluminum sulfate. The feasible sizing pH value is 7.5, addition of calcium carbonate is 10%, the dosage of attached agent is 0. 1%, the dosages of the sizing agent and the retention agent are both 1%, using reverse sizing process. Compared with AKD sizing, the strength and the burst were all improved greatly.
