摘　　要：通过分析经济法产生的社会基础和比较社会法与经济法的特征,认为社会法和经济法是包含与被包含的关系,经济法是社会法域下的一个部门法,经济法应当归属于社会法。This paper analyzes the formation of economic law and compares the social law with economic law. Social law and economic law are believed to be interlocked. Economic law, a branch of social law system, should be governed by social law.
