摘  要:目的:组织缺损和器官功能衰竭的修复与重建是临床医学面临的难题,组织工程学的最新发展为此带来了希望,成为21世纪医学最有前途的领域之一。通过查阅近年来国内外人组织工程化组织应用研究的相关文献,总结分析组织工程化组织在临床的最新应用,并分析其应用前景。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1995-01/2006-05有关人组织工程化组织临床应用的文章,检索词“Tissueengineering,transplantation,Clinicalapplication,Human”,并限定文献语言种类为“English”。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库1995-01/2006-05期间的人组织工程化组织临床应用相关文献,检索词“组织工程,移植,临床应用,人”,并限定语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初选,选择关于人组织工程化组织临床应用研究的文献,排除非临床应用的研究文献,然后查找全文。纳入标准:已应用于临床的组织工程化组织的应用研究。排除标准:①重复研究;②尚未应用于临床的实验研究。资料提炼:共收集到106篇关于人组织工程化组织研究及临床应用的文献,排除重复研究64篇,纳入32篇文献进行综述。资料综合:组织工程学目前已经完成了大量基础理论、组织构建、动物体内植入等研究,并已有商品化的组织工程皮肤、软骨等正式进入临床应用,组织工程骨、肌腱、角膜、黏膜、血管、膀胱等的临床应用也开始起步并取得了一定疗效。①组织工程皮肤通常可分为表皮替代物、真皮替代物和复合皮肤替代物3种类型。理想的组织工程皮肤应该是包含表皮与真皮组织、具有完整皮肤生理功能的复合皮。尽管目前已有的组织工程化皮肤具有与正常皮肤相似的结构及屏障功能,但仍远非真正意义的皮肤功能重建,尤其是缺乏皮肤的附属结构和免疫功能。②软骨组织再生能力有限,没有血管、神经和淋巴分�OBJECTIVE: Repair and rehabilitation of tissue defect and organ failure has been a difficult problem in clinical treatment. Presently, the advancement of tissue engineering brings about a new prospect for solving it, and becomes the most promising medical field in the 21^st century. This paper aims to sum up the latest clinical applications of tissue-engineered tissues on the basis of the relevant literatures of human tissue engineering in recent years, and to explore its prospect. DATA SOURCES: An online search of Medline database was undertaken to identify articles about the clinical applications of tissue-engineered tissues published in English between January 1995 and May 2006 by using the key words of "Tissue engineering, Transplantation, Clinical application, Human". Meanwhile, other relevant articles in Chinese were also retrieved from China Journal Full-text Database and Wanfang database published between January 1995 and May 2006, with the same items. STUDY SELECTION: After primary check, the relevant articles about the clinical applications of tissue-engineered tissues were selected for full- texts, but pure experiments were excluded. Inclusion criteria: study of clinical applications of tissue-engineered tissues. Exclusion criteria: ① repetitive study;②experiment study not applying to clinical treatment. DATA EXTRACTION: One hundred and six articles about clinical applications of tissue-engineered tissues were collected, and 32 of which were in accordance with the inclusion criteria, while the other 64 ones were excluded due to repetitive contents. DATA SYNTHESIS: At present, tissue engineering has completed a series of studies such as a large amount of basic theory, tissue fabrication and in vivo transplantation of animals, and many tissue-engineered tissues, such as the skins, cartilages, have been applied in clinical as commercialized products. ①Tissue-engineered tissues is usually divided into three types: cuticle replacement, dermal replacement and compound skin replaceme
