摘 要:该试验根据宝钢现场生产条件,在不同气氛、不同温度时利用焦炭充填床热模型研究未燃煤粉在炉内的行为。研究结果表明:模拟现场高炉喷煤比为225 kg/t时所产生的未燃煤粉,在1 100℃参与气化反应,添加未燃煤粉后焦炭强度微转鼓指标由未添加时的55.9%提高到63.2%;在高炉可以接受部分未燃煤粉的前提下,炉内未燃煤粉的存在对焦炭机械强度有明显的保护作用。Behavior of unburned pulverized coal in blast furnace was investigated with a coke-filled bed hot model on the basis of the field production conditions at Baosteel, in different atmosphere and at different temperatures, Research results indicate that the unburned pulverized coal formed when the analog BF PCI rate is 225 kg/t will have a part in gasification at 1 100℃ and the coke RDI will be raised from 55, 9% to 63.2% when the unburned pulverized coal is added to. In a prerequisite that the BF can accept part of the unburned pulverized coal, the unburned pulverized coal will have an obvious function to protect coke' s mechanical strength.
