摘　　要：目的:分析宁夏地区心理门诊中学生的心理障碍状况,评价综合干预疗效.方法:对950例心理障碍中学生干预前后进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自我意识量表(PHSS)、自编的亲子关系互动问卷测试及对比分析.结果:①综合干预总有效率为89.37%.②SCL-90的9个因子分在治疗前、后与历年综合样本三者之间的差异有统计学意义.③PHSS总分和6个因子分在治疗前、后与常模三者之间的差异有统计学意义.④学生亲子关系显著改善.结论:综合心理干预疗效肯定.AIM： To know the mental disorder condition of middle school students in Ningxia, and evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention. METHODS： Totally 950 diagnosed patients were tested and analyzed with Symptom Check List-90 （ SCL-90） , Piers-Harris Self-concept Scale （ PHSS） and Self-designed parent-child relationship questionnaire before and after intervention. RESULTS： The total effective rate of comprehensive intervention was 89.37%. In the scores of 9 factors in SCL-90 , there were significant differences among those before and after intervention and those past years＇samples. In the total score and the scores of 6 factors in PHSS, there were significant differences among those before and after intervention and those of the norm. Parent-child relationship was improved greatly. CONCLUSION： Comprehensive intervention is effective definitely.
