摘　　要：目的：利用时间分辨荧光免疫分析（TRFIA）技术，建立人血清CK—MB的快速定量检测方法．方法：采用双抗体夹心法（1株抗CK．MB的单抗用于包被微孔板，另1株抗CK—MB的单抗用于铕标记）建立CK—MBTRFIA．结果：CK—MBTRFIA的线性测量范围为5～400μg／L，分析的灵敏度为0．24μg／L，批内和批间的变异系数分别为4．9％～7．3％和8．4％～11．7％．与CK．MM和CK—BB均无交叉反应．将82份血清标本用本法与化学发光试剂盒同时检测，其相关系数为0．895．结论：CK—MBTRFIA的各项指标均达到临床检测的要求，可用于临床血清CK-MB水平的测定．AIM ： To make a fast quantitative detection of Creatine Kinase-MB Isoenzyme （CK-MB） based on time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay（TRFIA）. METHODS： The sandwich TRFIA was established for detection of serum CK-MB level using anti- CK-MB mAbs（ One monoclonal antibody was immobilized on surface of microtiter plate strip wells, and another was labelled with Eu^3＋）. RESULTS： The linear measurement range of CK-MB TRFIA was 5 - 400 μg/L. The sensitivity was 0. 24μg/L. The intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation（CV） were 4.9% - 7.3%and 8.4% -11.7%, respectively. There was no crossreaction to CK-MM and CK-BB. The correlation coefficient of 82 blood samples detected by CK-MB TRFIA and commercially available CLIA kit was 0. 895. CONCLUSION ： CK-MB TRFIA is a y which has several advantages including high sensitivity, specificity and widely working range. It is suitable for routine clinical detection of serum CK-MB level.
