摘 要:采用水解/接枝处理制备出Nom ex纤维织物复合材料,用红外光谱仪分析处理前后纤维织物的结构,在玄武三号栓-盘式摩擦磨损试验机上评价了水解/接枝处理Nom ex纤维织物复合材料的常温和高温摩擦磨损性能,用扫描电子显微镜观察Nom ex纤维织物复合材料界面及其磨损表面形貌.结果表明:经过水解/接枝处理后,在Nom ex纤维织物表面引入活性羧基基团,增加Nom ex纤维织物的活性,使Nom ex纤维织物与粘结树脂的结合力有所增加;水解/接枝处理前后Nom ex纤维织物复合材料的磨损分为2个阶段,即严重磨损阶段和稳定磨损阶段,当载荷较低时,由严重磨损向稳定磨损的转化发生在摩擦前10 m in,当载荷较高时,复合材料一直停留于严重的磨损阶段,直到材料磨穿失效;水解/接枝处理明显提高了Nom ex纤维织物复合材料的摩擦磨损性能和最大承载能力.Friction and wear behaviors of pure and hydrolyzation/grafted Nomex fabric composites were studied by using Xuanwu-Ⅲ high temperature friction and wear tester. The structure and the worn surfaces of the composites were analyzed using a JSM-5600LV scanning electron microscopy and the structure of the pure and treated Nomex fabric were analyzed with IR. It is found that the wear process of Nomex fabric composites consists of the severe wear process and the steady wear process. And the severe-smooth friction process transition completes rapidly within 10 min under the low applied load, however under the high the load the friction process of the composites was at the persistent severe friction. The groups of carboxyl were introduced to the surface of the Nomex fabric, which improves the activity of the Nomex fabric and strengthen the bonding strength between the Nomex fabric and the adhesive resin. So the structural integrity of the composites was improved also. The maximum loading capacity and tribological properties of the Nomex fabric composites can be improved by hydrolyzation/graft.
