摘  要:以添加TiC、Ti(C,N)和S iCw3种A l2O3基陶瓷刀具材料作为研究对象,在MRH-3型高速环-块摩擦磨损试验机上研究3种陶瓷刀具材料在相同试验条件下的摩擦磨损性能,通过扫描电子显微镜对陶瓷的磨损表面进行观察,并利用ANSYS有限元软件分析计算磨损时的应力分布.结果表明,A l2O3基陶瓷刀具材料的摩擦磨损特性与其添加剂的种类有关,其抗磨性能由大到小顺序依次为A l2O3/S iCw>A l2O3/Ti(C,N)>A l2O3/TiC.A l2O3基陶瓷刀具的摩擦磨损性能与其硬度(H)、弹性模量(E)和断裂韧性(KIC)有关,磨损率W随E/H增加而增大,随KIC增加而减小.A l2O3/TiC陶瓷刀具材料的磨损机理以粘着磨损为主,A l2O3/Ti(C,N)和A l2O3/S iCw陶瓷刀具材料的磨损机理主要为磨粒磨损.Three kinds of Al2O3 -based ceramic tool materials composed of different additives suchas TiC, Ti (C, N) and SiCw were investigated on the MRH-3 High Speed Ring-block wear tester. The stress distribution during friction and wear process was calculated by ANSYS. SEM was used to observe the ceramic surface. Different additives have a profound effect on the wear resistance of the Al2O3 -based ceramic materials. The wear rates of the Al2O3 -based ceramics increased with the increase of the ratio of elastic modulus and hardness, and decreased with the increase of fracture toughness. Adhesive wear was the predominant wear mechanism for Al2O3/TiC. While the wear mechanism of Al2O3/Ti ( C, N) and Al2O3/SiCw was abrasive wear.
