摘  要:裂纹是中厚板生产过程中最常见的缺陷、其影响因素错综复杂、交互作用、且难以准确定量描叙。通过定义裂纹指数和现场生产试验,运用数理统计方法,寻求中厚板裂纹与影响因素之间的定量关系,并在深入分析的基础上,探讨改善冶金工艺、优化再加热和轧制规范,减缓裂纹不良影响的途径。Cracking is a kind of quality defect during medium plate production, winch happens most frequently with various complicated interactively influencing factors and is hard to be accurately and quantitatively described. Combined with defining cracking index and performing production trials at site, mathematical statistics is used to find out the quantitative relationship between cracking and influencing factors for medium plate, Based on an in-depth analysis, discussion on metallurgical process improvement, reheating and rolling practice optimization, cracking negative influence reduction is carried out.
