摘　　要：本文针对冷却系统钢板机械性能不能在线检测、精确的数学模型难以确定以及需要吸收工艺专家的经验知识复杂等特性,提出了两层智能控制系统方案。仿真结果表明,本系统对各种规格的钢板均可根据工艺专家的经验知识进行冷却制度的设定冷却制度的评价和优选,对工艺层进行专家式的指导。In water-curtain cooling system, the steel plate mechanical properties on-line can hardly be detected, and the mathematical models are difficulty to accurate. On the basis of the theory of the intelligent control system on separate level of sardis, this paper proposes a scheme of two level control systems. The techniques of the expert system are adopted on the TCP. The expert mental result shows that the cooling rule of all kinds of plates can be set, evaluated and optimized.
