摘  要:通过尾静脉采血收集养殖牙鲆的外周血细胞,以金黄色葡萄球菌作为吞噬原测定了外周血细胞的免疫吞噬活性。结果表明,牙鲆外周血中至少存在3种形态的白细胞具有明显的吞噬活性,吞噬指数和吞噬百分率分别为1.95±0.25和(21.1±1.4)%。首次观察到牙鲆红细胞具有较强的吞噬能力、变形能力和免疫粘附能力,表明牙鲆红细胞除具有运输O2和CO2的机能外,还具有重要的免疫防御功能。同时发现牙鲆外周血细胞的吞噬活性在不同温度下表现不同,在相对低温条件下(15℃)表现最高,与牙鲆生活的最适水温16~21℃接近,而在35℃时吞噬活性最低,表明温度会影响牙鲆血细胞的吞噬活力。Left-eyed flounders, Paralichthys olivaceus, were sampled for blood cells from ventral caudal vein to evaluate the cells' phagocytosis activity. The phagocytic cells were observed with Wright' s stain under the microscope and the phagocytic index (P I) and the phagocytic percentage (PP) were determined by measurement of ingesting Staphylococcus aureus. The results showed that three kinds of leukocytes in the peripheral blood performed phagocytosis with the PI and PP being 1.95 ± 0.25 and (21.1 ±1.4) %, respectively. The red cell phagocytosis of left-eyed flounders was observed for the first time, indicating that the red cells played an important role not only in respiratory and circulation function but also in immune function. Furthermore the red cell' s deformability and immune adhesion were also observed, which indicated that the red cells devoted immune activity to resisting invasion by the pathogen. It was also found that the phagocytosis activity of the flounder's phagocytic ceils was usually related to the incubation temperature. It was a high level at 15℃ while a low level at 35℃.
