伊朗塔里干水利枢纽工程“EPC”合同模式的实践

摘　　要：伊朗塔里干水利枢纽工程是中国第一个以土建为主(土建占总额的75％)的出口信贷大型项目,也是中国出口信贷保险公司成立后的第一个保险项目,是中国水电建设集团在海外市场的一个里程碑工程,该项目目前已完成工程量约85％,进展情况良好,在伊朗产生了有如当年“鲁布格工程”在中国市场的影响,在中东市场树立了“SinoHydro”良好的品牌形象!介绍了在执行“EPC”合同工程中一些问题的体会。Taleghan hydropower and water conservancy project is the first large-sized export credit project which mainly comprises civil works(75% of the total) and also the first insurance program of China Export Credit Insurance Company. It is the milestone for China Hydropower Construction Group's practice in the overseas markets. The project has been finished about 80% with favorable progress. The project has an influence on Iranian market as an influence of Lubuge Project on Chinese market in those years. Therefore, favorable image of SinoHydro is created in Middle East markets. Some issues in execution of EPC/Turnkey contract are presented here.
