摘 要:在活性污泥工艺的污泥回流途径中引入一个污泥缺氧池,形成好氧-沉淀-缺氧(OSA)工艺。比较研究了污泥在缺氧池中不同的停留时间(5.5、7.6、11.5h)的3种OSA工艺对剩余污泥的减量化效果。结果表明,3种工艺的剩余污泥量分别比传统活性污泥工艺降低33.24%、22.99%和13.80%。经综合考虑认为OSA工艺中污泥在缺氧池中停留6—7h较为理想。To determine whether aerobic-anaerobic cycle can be used to reduce sludge production in biological wastewater treatment,aerobic-settling-anoxic(ASA) process which is a modification of conventional activated sludge by inserting a sludge hold tank in the sludge return line between the aeration tank and the secondary clarifier was studied to investigate the reduction of excess sludge yield.It was compared that three processes with different sludge retention time (5.5,7.6 and 11.5 h) in the sludge hold tank,by which the excess sludge was reduced by 33.24%,22.99% and 13.80%, respectively.These results suggested that it might be ideal to apply ASA process with 6~7 h sludge retention time to reduce the excess sludge yield.
