摘 要:Fe^Ⅱ(NTA)为络合吸收剂,在恒温摇床中考察了微生物还原络合吸收液的特性,并进一步在填料塔中进行了连续脱除NO的工艺研究。结果表明,添加葡萄糖比醋酸钠、柠檬酸钠、甲醇、乙醇等更适合于作为该体系的碳源;在较低碳源用量下,还原速率随其用量的增加而增加,达到一定量以后再增加对还原反应没有促进作用;在进气量100ml·min^-1,NO浓度200cm^3·m^-3,O2含量3%的实验条件下,当系统达到稳定运行后,NO脱除率可保持在95%左右;烟气中O2含量增大至4%以后,NO脱除率会随之增加而下降。With the using of Fe^Ⅱ(NTA) as absorbent ,the reduction properties of the absorption solution by microorganisms in a shaking flasks and the continuously removal of NOin a packing column were investigated ,The results showed that supplemental glucose was better than sodium acetate,sodium citrate ,methanol and ethanol as carbon source .he bio-reduction of Fe^Ⅱ(NTA) no AND Fe^Ⅱ(NTA) could be achieved efficiently with enough amount of carbon source ,Reduction rate did not increase with adding more amount of carbon source ,NO removal effiiecy kept above 95 % with 1000ml·min^-1 of gas flow containing 200 cm^3·m^-3 NO and 3%O2·NO removal efficiency decreased with the increasing of O2 concentration when it was more than 4%.
