摘　　要：面对目前电源建设的高潮,如何科学合理地控制工程造价成为各电厂共同关注的问题。从电源建设的各个阶段分别介绍如何对工程造价进行合理控制。目前大多数单位对工程造价的关注还主要停留在施工阶段,实际上,在投资决策阶段影响工程造价的程度最高;其次是初设阶段和技术设计阶段;施工阶段影响工程造价的可能性只有5%～10%。分析表明,电源建设投资单位对工程造价的控制要贯穿于工程建设的全过程。Facing the current power construction peak among power enterprises,it has become an issue of common concern to control the project cost scientifically and rationally. The cost eontrol methods were presented for various stages of power construction. Most power enterprises still put main concerns on the stage of construction. According to the data analysis, most impact on the project cost lie in the phase of investment decision-making; followed by the stage of the preliminary design and technical design stage; while the project cost can be affected by only 5%-10% during construction. The analysis shows that the project cost control should run through the whole construction process.
