摘　　要：考虑冲击能的变化情况,结合质量平衡和破碎分级的特点,建立了冲击式破碎机的破碎过程模型,在不同转子速率和给料率条件进行模拟及实验,模型通过一系列参数可以预测稳定状态下的性能。Considering the changes of the impact energy, according to the mass balance and comminuted classification, simulation and experiment at different rotor velocities and feed rates, a logical model for impact crusher that is able to predict the crusher＇s performance at steady state and contains a reasonable number of parameters has been developed.
