摘　　要：传统直线职能式组织结构已不适应并行工程跨部门并行的特点,寻求适合并行工程的更加灵活的组织结构成为保证并行工程顺利实施的关键,因而网络化组织结构以其灵活性和支持跨部门协作的特点被关注。基于网络化组织的特点分析,对在网络化组织平台上实施并行工程的项目管理、协同管理和远程监控管理进行了有益的探讨。The structure of traditional organization couldn＇t adapt the needs of concurrent engineering. Seeking more flexible organization structure becomes the key problem of the successful implementation of concurrent engineering. Network organization has been paying more attention by its flexibility and adaptability to cooperation of different functional department. Explores the project management, cooperation management and long-distance monitoring management of implementing concurrent engineering on network organization platform based on characteristic analysis of network organization.
