摘 要:针对目前逆向工程研究主要是利用非接触式测量获得点云这一方法,提出一种基于接触式测量的逆向工程建模方法,并相应开发了一些算法。根据零件的构型规律对测量进行规划并测量,得到相关的数据文件。利用自行开发的软件计算重构曲面的型值点,将型值点导入有关的造型软件中进行造型。实践证明,该方法是可行的。In view of the problem that point-cloud which is applied to the reverse engineering will be acquired mainly by "no contact measuring" and handled by the relevant software, a new modeling method of reverse engineering which is base on "contacting measure" has been proposed and the relevant algorithm has been developed. The measuring route is planed according to the structure and surface of the part before measuring and the relevant data file is received after measuring. The algorithm is used to calculate the characteristic points'values of the surface which will be reestablished later. The data are inputed into a modeling software to get the model. It is proved that it is feasible.
