益智汤治疗老年血管性痴呆临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中药益智汤治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床方法。方法:选择60例老年血管性痴呆患者,随机分为两组(各30例)。对照组患者采用尼莫同治疗,治疗组患者中药益智汤治疗,采用简易智力状态检查表(MMSE)对药物疗效进行评价。结果:治疗组和对照组评分提高的总有效率分别为73.3%和60%(P<0.05),结论中药益智汤治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床疗效确切、安全,是治疗老年血管性痴呆的有效药物之一。Objective： Research Chinese medicine YiZhi soup treatment senile vascular dementia clinical method. Methods： Chooses 60 cases senile vascular dementia patients , divides into two groups stochastically （ each 30 cases ）. The control group patients use Nimmo with the treatment, the treatment group patient Chinese native medicine YiZhi soup treatment, uses simple intelligence condition check table （MMSE） to carry on the appraisal to the medicine curative effect. Results： The treatment group and the control group grades the total effectiveness which enhances respectively is 73.3% and 60% （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine YiZhi decoction treatment senile vascular dementia clinical curative effect is accurate, safe and is one of senile vascular dementia effective medicines.
