囊立消对大鼠癫痫模型脑组织中GABA Glu含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过囊立消对美解眠诱导的大鼠癫痫模型脑组织中GABA、G lu含量测定,探讨囊立消的抗癫痫作用。方法:利用氨基酸自动分析仪测定大鼠癫痫模型脑组织中GABA、G lu的含量。结果:该方药可使癫痫大鼠脑内GABA含量明显升高(P<0.05),并可降低癫痫大鼠脑内G lu含量(P<0.05)。结论:囊立消可有效地改善癫痫大鼠的行为表现,囊立消具有一定的抗癫痫作用,与维持脑内兴奋性氨基酸和抑制性氨基酸的动态平衡有关。Objective ： To discuss the anti -epilepsy effect of Nanglixiao through determine the content of GABA and Glu in brain tissue of rats with epilepsia. The animal model with epilepsia was prepared by endermic injection of Be. Method ： Determine the content of GABA and Glu in brain tissue using amino acid automatic apparatus. Result： Nanglixiao capsule can increase GABA and decrease Glu in brain tissue of rats with epilepsia distinctly （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Nanglixiao capsule can improve the modeling rats behavior. Nanglixiao have anti - epilepsy function related with maintaining dynamic balance of excitability Aa and restrainability Aa.
