摘  要:传统的轴盘类零件的制造方法周期较长,成本也较高,利用差温无模锻造技术则可以克服上述缺点。本文模拟了轴盘类零件的差温无模锻造成形过程,通过分析坯料变形过程中的温度场、位移场、应变场以及应变速率场的分布情况,着重研究了不同高径比下多个局部大变形的轴盘类零件差温无模锻造的成形,同时总结出了一些成形规律。The traditional manufacturing method of shaft-disc type components is usually time-consuming and high-cost. But, they can be solved by using the thermal differential dieless forging. In this paper, the forming process of the complex shaft-disc type components through the new performing method is simulated. By analyzing the mode of temperature field, displacement field, strain field and strain rate field, the forming of shaft-disc type components with local distortions of large size by the thermal differential dieless forging at the different ratio of height to diameter is specifically studied. At the same time, some performing rules are sum up.
