摘  要:在自行设计的镁合金板热拉深实验装置上研究了不同成形温度、拉深速度、润滑条件对耐热ME20M镁合金板热拉深性能的影响;稀土耐热镁合金在一定温度下热拉深成形性能并没有得到明显改善,但其高温热拉深成形性能却显著提高。通过金相实验观察,拉深成形工艺不会改变镁合金板材组织性能。Through hot deep drawing test of ME20M magnesium alloy sheet on the experiment apparatus designed by the author, the influence to its hot deep drawing capability is studied at various temperatures, deep drawing velocities, different lubricating conditions, and the hot deep drawing test of ME20M magnesium alloy sheet is compared by the hot deep drawing test of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet under the same condition. The results show that magnesium alloy sheet has a good light-thin formability; The heat-resistant magnesium alloy's hot deep drawing capability with lanthanon does not become better at certain temperature, but its hot deep drawing capability become better evidently at high temperature. The geometrical shape and size of deep drawing tools influence largely the magnesium alloy sheet's formability.
