摘　　要：简要介绍了欧洲能源服务管理公司的发展和在热计量收费中发挥的作用,总结了国内某能源管理公司3年来在住宅小区热计量中的试点经验,认为能源服务管理公司在建筑节能中的作用不可或缺。Briefly presents the development of energy management corporations （EMC） in Europe and their functions in heat metering and charging, Summaries the experimental experience of an energy management corporation in China in residence quarters for three years. Considers that EMC plays an important role in enhancing building energy efficiency.
