摘　　要：住宅权是公民的一项基本权利,属于宪法保护的人权内容。随着我国住宅制度的改革,我国城市出现了住宅的弱势群体。为了保障城市弱势群体的住宅权利,我国建立了相应的保障措施,但因我国各地情况差异较大,这些措施在实践中还需进一步完善。The right to adequate housing is a citizen＇s fundamental right, which is protected by Constitution. With Chinese house system reforming, the housing vulnerable groups have appeared in cities of our country, in order to ensure the house rights of the urban housing vulnerable groups, our country has set up corresponding guarantee measures. However, the regional situations of our country differ greatly, which causes these measures to need further improvement in practice.
