摘　　要：目的:探讨外周血单个核细胞Th1/Th2在特应性皮炎(AD)发病中的作用和IFN-γ及IL-4mRNA表达的情况。方法:分别用流式细胞仪及RT-PCR方法检测97例AD患者(AD组)及20例健康人(对照组)外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)Th1/Th2水平和IFN-γ、IL-4mRNA表达。结果:AD组外周血Th1细胞百分比低于对照组(P<0.01),而Th2百分比高于对照组(P<0.01);AD组PBMCsIFN-γmRNA表达水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而IL-4mRNA表达显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:AD患者体内存在Th1/Th2的失衡,并提示AD属Th2优势疾病。Objective： To investigate the possible roles of Th1/Th2 in patients with atopic dermatitis （AD）. Methods： The condition of Th1/Th2 was detected by flow cytometry, the IFN-γ and IL-4 mRNA expression in PBMCs were examined by RTPCR in ninety-seven patients with AD and twenty healthy people. Results： The proportion of Thl in patients was lower （P 〈 0.01） and the proportion of Th2 was higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）, IL-4 mRNA expression in the PBMCs of the patients with AD was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）, but the difference of IFN-γ mRNA expression was not statistical between two groups（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion： There was Th1/Th2 imbalance in the patients with AD, and the overexpression of Th2 may play an importantrole in the mechanism of AD.
