基层卫生监督员职业道德教育现状分析

摘　　要：为了解基层卫生监督员职业道德教育的现状,采用问卷调查对某区卫生监督员进行普查。结果表明,98%的受调查者认为开展职业道德教育是重要和有必要的;对职业道德建设现状的总体评价较好,但尚有不足。应该进一步加大教育力度、推进教育深度、拓宽教育广度、提高教育效度。To know the current status of the professional ethics education of the health supervi- sor,the questionnaire survey was conducted in one district. Results： The rate of who thought that the professional ethics education was important and necessary was 98 % ;the general evaluation on the sta- tus of the professional ethics education was good but some questions were found. The strength, depth, extent and efficiency of the moral education should be promoted to a higher level.
