摘  要:采用硼酸镶边垫底,粉末压片法制样,用标准样品建立工作曲线,能量色散X-射线荧光光谱法同时测定了钼精矿中钼、铁、铅、铜、二氧化硅、氧化钙的含量。讨论了样品粒度、压片机压力对测定结果的影响;选择了合适的激发条件;采用经验系数法解决了元素间的相互干扰。测定结果与国家标准方法的测定值相符,相对标准偏差在0.28%-6.74%之间。可满足日常分析工作需要。A method for determining Mo, Fe, Pb, Cu, SiO2, CaO in molybdenum concentrates by energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was studied. The specimen was prepared by pressing the powder sample into pellets with boracic acid as the lining. The calibration curves were made by using standard samples. The effects of mesh size and pressure on the determination were discussed, and working conditions of the instrument were optimized. The mutual interferences of the elements were corrected by Alpha coefficient method. The analytical results can be comparable with RSDs of 0.28 % - 6.74 % ( n = 10). This method with those of the standard method GB/T15079-94 is suitable for routine control analysis.
