摘　　要：介绍了道路绿化的主要布置形式及其功能,根据不同的功能要求,提出道路绿化设计应遵循的原则,最后对道路绿化的发展进行展望。Road greening is an important part of the urban landseaping and greening. It embodies the local cultures and art tastes. The road-greenbelt plays an important role in harmonizing urban traffic. purifying air. weakening noises and beautifying urban landscape. Suggestions were made for road greening development to introduce advanced designs and changes in its functions. Furthermore, the paper presented a new prospect of further studies in road greening.
