摘　　要：阐述了国外在转移农村剩余劳动力方面的成功经验,并分析了对我国的借鉴意义。It is a global tendency to accomplish the transfer of surplus labor force in rural. Due to the great changes that have taken place in its economic and social structures since China adopted economic reform and opening policy, the transfer of this kind was also occurred in China. To make a successful transfer of rural surplus labor force in China, the government must draw up the strategy and policy based on referring to lessons from foreign country and analyzing the particularity factor in China.
