伤科敷洗散的薄层色谱鉴别

摘　　要：用薄层色谱法对伤科敷洗散制剂的君药红花和虎杖进行定性鉴别。结果伤科敷洗散中红花和虎杖的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征,主斑点Rf值与红花对照药材和大黄素甲醚对照品均相同,分别为0.86、0.47和0.66。该方法重现性好、简便、实用,可用于伤科敷洗散的质量控制。The qualitative identification of the Flos Carthami and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati in the Chinese traditional patent medicine of the Shangke Fuxi Powder was carried out with Thin-Layer Chromatography （TLC）, the chromatogram of Flos Carthami and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati in the powder was coincident with the standards＇, and the value of Rf of Flos Carthami and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati was 0.86. 0.47, 0.66, respectively. The method is reliable, simple and convenient, it could be used for the quality control of Shangke Fuxi Powder.
