摘　　要：二恶英对环境的污染和对人类的危害已引起全世界的关注,而制浆造纸行业的漂白工艺也是产生二恶英的主要来源之一。本文论述了制浆造纸行业二恶英产生的现状及可能的防治措施,并就二恶英潜在的长期污染特性给出相应建议。The pollution and harm caused by dioxine had been paid attention in all over the world. And the bleaching process in pulp and paper making industry is also a source of dioxine. The situation and the control measurement was given in the paper, and some suggestions were arisen based on the long-term pollution characters of dioxine.
