摘　　要：电石渣是乙炔法生产聚氯乙烯产生的废渣,利用电石渣生产水泥熟料是电石渣综合利用中用量最大、最彻底、技术最成熟的方法。实现资源综合利用工艺方案发展循环经济。分析了国内各种利用电石渣生产水泥熟料工艺的特点,认为选择新型干法预烘干干磨干烧工艺是最具发展前途的工艺。Carbide slag is the waste residue of PVC production by acetylene method. Cement clinker production by carbide slag is methods with full, thorough and well technology. Resource comprehensive utilization and circulation economy were realized. The characteristics of each cement clinker process by carbide slag in domestic were analysed, dry prebaking, dry grinding, and dry burn process are best prospective.
